2) An aging population-An aging population usually spend more than young population.

3) Increase in price and intensity of services-An increase in price and intensity which is variety and complexity of services led to a 50% increase in spending.

4) Changes in diseases prevalence or incidence-Increase in spending also vary according to the people's conditions and types of cares like inpatient, outpatient, pharmaceuticals etc.
