Some Antitrust actions are taken by the government for the benefits of the people. The Government wanted to make sure to have a controlled health care costs because in todays world health care is a more profitable business where some doctors and hospitals are trying to misuse it for earning profits. Thus Government is useing regulatory meausers to keep costs under controll and make sure that people receive the health care benefits of the policies made by the government.

Thus these are the major issues which everytime the government regulates by using Antitrust laws.
