The major employee privacy issue is associated with their usage of internet and online social media platforms. The major safety issue of employee is associated with the discrimination at the workplace. And the major health issue of employee is associated with the working conditions at the workplace.

Privacy issue associated with their usage of internet and online social media platforms is that the employers keep an eye on what their staff are doing over the internet or over the social media platforms so as to ensure that they do not indulge themselves in disclosing any confidential matter of company. Solution to this is that the company should sign an agreement with the employees during offering them job that they would never disclose any of the information of the organisation to the party that is nowhere connected with the organisation.

Discrimination at the workplace is a serious crime and hence, human resource manager of the company should enforce strict regulations on the employees related to discrimination and even then if anyone indulges himself into the discriminating activities then HR manager should take serious action against such employees.

Working conditions are needed to be safe and healthier for carrying out the work effectively as per the OSHA standards. OSHA, during their audits, takes serious actions on those employers that do not comply to its guidelines for safe and healthy work environment.
