In my view , Disney Land Paris fail to produce similar experience in paris as it shows in USA entertainment and theme park business. As a consultant, i will recommend the following points,

1) I will depute the managers from USA to Paris so that similar experience can be created in disney paris.

2) I will recommend to hire local guys and experience people from paris and train them in the actual environment of Disney , USA.

3) I will provide best compensation to the local youths so that they can produce better result .

4) A concurrent performance evaluation will be introduced which will yield in improved performance .

5) I will recommend descent discounts to the customers who will come first to our theme park.
