Leading helps An organisation to achieve its goal by motivating and influencing employees and forming effective groups. An organisation only can achieve its goals when its leading managers are able to share common work culture and values within their departments and divisions along with the immediate employees working with them. A work friendly enviornment should be created by the leaders which infuses employees to perform their best in order to bring success to the organisation.
