In my opinion, it’s the leading function which a manager can enhance by understanding organizational behavior. This is because organizational behavior is all about understanding the dynamics of performance, communication, motivation and leadership etc. Since it involves human element, it becomes very important for the managers to understand people and processes. Leading people to achieve the organizational tasks is one of the most difficult part of a manager because people are more dynamic and they are unique.
