Organisational behaviour modification is the method to change the behaviour inorder to get modified results. Often we come across people who are low in confidence and does eveything wrong. In an attempt to do it more perfect they make it more faulty. We can motivate them by analysing and explaining them how to overcome their fear and the results they can get if they do so. They must be let to examine the changes and face them . This helps them change their behaviour and start doing things correctly. The result will always be positive if the procedure is followed correctly.
