We, human beings are predisposed to various life threatening diseases or illeness such as viral infections (Hepatitis B, AIDS etc), various cancers (most commonly breast cancer in females and prostate cancer in males, lung cancer etc), bacterial septicemia, malnutrition to name a few.

The predisoposing or risk factors are increasing pollution, poor diet and lifestyle, increased stress at workplace and in relations, hygiene unawareness in rural areas, tabacco use among adults etc. Viral infections are caught accidently by contaminationed needles or blood transfusions during surgeries and hospitalizations.

We should become more aware and conscious towards our healthy diet and lifestyle, include yoga and meditation in our daily routine and practice hygiene at home and outside as well. Get ourselves checked routinely especially after age of 50.
