Answer #1

Cell culture is the most essential and reliable technique of molecular biology. During molecular biology experiments, cell culture is the most important step. During the cloning experiment, a gene is inserted into the bacterial cell. After a successful transformation experiment, these bacterial cells are cultured and the cloned gene is allowed to grow so that it forms the desired protein product. This protein is later extracted and used for further experimentation. So the formation of protein totally relies on the success of cell culture. SO this is the most important and reliable stage of molecular biology.
