Step1- Complementary products are those which contribute to
regulate protiens which are present in the normal human and rodent
eye. Complement activation and its regulation are done by ocular
complement regulatory protien which contribute to the different
patology of various ocular diseases including keratitis, uvetitis
and age related muscular degeneration.
Step2- there are some Recombinant forms of naturally ocurring
complement regulatory protiens have been exploited in the animal
models for treatment of the ocular diseases
Step3- complement activation is a well recognised mediator for
myocardial ischaemia reperfusion injury and also for cardiomyocites
are well known source for central component i.e c3 whose activation
cause inflamation , cell death and profibrotic signalling these can
only be detected from there active sites via photon emission
