Microbiota, These microorganisms are not harmful for us.There are some beneficial which helps us in maintaining our health and protects from infection with pathogenic microorganisms.It contributes to nutrient metabolism in the development and functioning of Immune system.

  • It helps in digestion of food
  • Regulation of our immune system and protect against other bacteria that cause disease.
  • It produced essential vitamins like ( vitamins B12, thiamine and riboflavin, and Vitamin K, which is needed for blood coagulation.
