From healthy people2020

Answer #1

Answer: Healthy people 2020 is one of the government's agenda which includes the goals and objective to make a healthy nation. It includes the preventable measures, reducing the risk of diseases and eliminating the health disparities.

But at present as compared to the goal of healthy people 2020, the community is far behind these things. People are not at all concern regarding their health. They don't have that much knowledge or information about the healthy eating. They do not indulge themselves in the physical activities such as jogging, exercise etc. Excessive consumption of alcohol, smoking lead to increase in the risk of the chronic disease. Obesity plays major role in development of the chronic diseases and hence people or the community are not all matches to the objectives of healthy people 2020.
