Givem statment is true.

Explanation- there are vast number of STI (Sexuãlly transmitted infections ) ranging from Chlamydia till HIV.

There is no single test which could test all STI at once. Common infections like Chlamydia, gonorrhoea , syphillis etc are tested in people regularly. But some infections like herpes and papilloma infections are not tested that much. People are also not aware of such infections.

Also these infections have a Window period in which the infectious agent is present in the body but the test comes out to be negative.

Thus testing for all infections is not at all possible.
