Sexually transmitted infections are transmitted by sexual contact with multiple partners or by sex with infected person. Sexually transmitted diseases are considered as the worst or being stigmatised.

If the test is positive or person with STI had treated badly in society. The diagnosis may lead to social withdrawal of the person and others will not consider those persons in society. So everyone had the fear of concern of being stigmatised. So no one want to get test STI.

The diagnostic test for STIs are costly and need specialized care to this procedures.
