Ans:- As we know that gallbladder Store b i l e which is produced by the liver and the main function of bile is is fat digestion and emulsification. When we take fatty food then it is stimulate the release of b i l e from the gallbladder but due to presence of stone in gallbladder bile is not able to come out freely so gallbladder squeezes more heart which causes aggravated pain of gallstone.

gallbladder tries to squeeze, some of the gallstone is blocking the outflow of bile that is stored in your gallbladder," imagine "You're squeezing against a closed door, and that's why it hurts. If you eat fatty foods, that makes it squeeze more."
