Homework Answers

Answer #1

I would prefer to 1st option that is better benefits and modest salary

Explanation to the above given statement

1. As we all need benefits from the organisation in which we are working

2. The providing benefits gives more advantages to employee and organizations

3. As we all know all the benefits given to employee is a percentage on salary if we get more benefits with moderest salary gives more amount to employee compared to high salary with low benefits

4. If we give or take high salary with less benefits the employee was not emotionally satisfied but if employee got moderate salary with all allowances then employee think that his organisation is caring and responsible towards employee and then employee level of satisfaction is very high and have great respect and responsible towards to organization

5. Every employee thinks that whether he get maximum economical benefits from his organisation or not so if the employee has given with maximum benefits then he get more economical benefits compared to high salary with low benefits.

Hence , in all aspects the case of moderate salary with moderate benefits is better choice compared to high salary with low benefits.

I hope, all the above given information is useful to you.

Thank you.

That is, one opportunity cost of the variety of products we have is that each product costs more per unit than if there were only one kind of product of a given type, like shoes. Perhaps a better question is, “What is the right amount of variety? Can there be too many varieties of shoes, for example?”
