Answer #1

Other than Nokia I will seek to have Redmi as my new company in the country because this company occupies a good market share in Oman and thus can prove profitable. Redmi is also well positioned in the minds of customers and popular among teens. The sales and revenue of redmi are also soaring in the region due to its affordability and advanced technology and features. It would be more viable to seek Redmi as it is rapidly growing in the market and has the capability to keep up with the advancements taking place in smartphone industry.

It is more accurate to incorporate Transformational Leadership in the company because the smartphone industry goes through rapid transformations and changes, thus making essential for companies to stay flexible and accomdative to these changes for ensuring sustainability and growth. Transformational leadership is more accurate because it will enable the company to keep up with the rapid and profound technological changes taking place in the business environment which if not adopted to might result in obsoletion. Since these changes will directly affect the ability of the company to serve its customers, it is very important to undertake a transformational leadership style.
