The customer value refers to the net difference between, what a customer received from a product & service, and what customer pay for product & service. In other words we can say that customer value means net gains received by the customer from using a product & service.

There are different concept about customer value;

One is desired value whereas second is perceived value. As per desired value customer value refers to the expected value to be received from a prospective product or service wheras perceived value refers to the actual values received by the customer after using a product or service.

Thus, overall we can say that visible & non-visible benefits received by a customers after using a product & service are known as customer value.
