Customer value is nothing but the perception of the customer about the benefits that he is going to receive on purchasing a particular product or service and it is indeed important for the customer satisfaction because if the the expectations is matched with the experience then the customer will be satisfied as he wouldn't be satisfied to the full extent. Marketing strategy is nothing but a long-term forward-looking plan that actually gets to tell about the the way in which company is going to retain its competitive advantage and take the company forward.
