One example can be a human body

As soon as some one wakes up, energy levels are very low as the person is still sleepy in the morning

But slowly slowly energy increases till noon and then again starts decreasing due to work pressure and many other things and again gets to the point of being sleepy

So it is a kind of bell shape

Low then high then again low

Another example can be height of the population

As we can find all types of height small medium large

Many things follow.normal distribution because things which goes up eventually goes down

So there will always be a bell shape which will be symmetrical around the mean
