A) Human Error in recording can have outlier if it measure differently and can occur if units are recorded correctly. For Example:- if 49 is noted 94 .

B)If data values are from different population means they will be heterogenous. So there will be variety of different values . There will be outlier present surely.

C) The data values are from population sampled then outlier can present if the population is heterogenous then there may be sample values present, which have higher values.
