Describe the early presence of Americans in Oregon Country. What activities were they involved in and why were they there?

Americans had escaped Florida and started to believe that it had been in their right so that they would be possessing Oregon country. As a result, the Americans started to live on the territory of Oregon county, that led them in believing that they could aggressively live on the territory.

The activities included trading posts as well as smaller settlements. Also, the trades consisted of manufactured goods exchange for the manufactured goods for beavers. Also, there were fur trades, salmon and lumber export as well as coastal trade.
