Describe a situation of conflict that you were involved in (from your personal experience) and analyze the following: A) What was the cause of the conflict? B) What behaviors did you and the other person/party involved in the conflict people display during the conflict?

Conflict means disagreement between two people for anything.

This situation experienced by me in my personal life. I conflicted with my uncle for land. Actually that land belongs to my father and uncle, but my aunty wanted to take total land. Unfortunately my uncle died, they have two children and my father has three children. Now, she wanted take total land for her children and he never think about us. She told if we agree, she wanted pay us 3,00,000 lakhs but land cost was 3000000 lakhs so we didn't agree and won the case in court. So we got our land. These kind of situations is called as conflicts
