Answer #1

Private prisons are profitable organisations. They hold inmates on behalf of the state or the federal government. Private prisons like government prisons take care of the needs of the inmates to ensure correctional services. However, in the coming years, private rising are going to be overcrowded. It’ll no longer be able to provide correctional facilities to the inmates due to more demand and less supply. Over the decades yet to come, the effectiveness of private prisons is questionable. Also, in the years to come we are not sure if private prisons would reduce the legal liability of the government employees.
