It helps to improve women education, their need for political participation, prevention of barriers to women such as early teen pregnancies- the main reson for school drop outs, gender stereotypes etc

Sexual exploitatation can be prevented. Rural women will get benefitted during healthcare emergencies, in case of unemployment and poverty

took necessary steps in eradicating discrimination either by monetary compensation, public apologies, made relevant laws and practices

Undertook services for the women who had domestic violence
