Why employee wellbeing would be a crucial factor in ensuring a productive work environment

Answer #1

An employee is the building block of any given company at any given point. The cumulative force of employees go on to build an organization with the objective of fulfillment of common goals and aims.

If the Employee does not feel as though they have a duty towards their organization or if they feel to have been treated as mere means to an end by the organization, there is the possibility of the employee not living up to their full potential that puts into jeopardy the motive of the given company.

If the employee dissatisfaction increases it can lead to an unproductive work environment, as the employee would not wish to contribute more than necessary, if not less, to the company in question.

A business is a two way street like any relationship. You take and you give, it is cyclic.

Therefore, it is important for organizations to maintain employee well being and satisfaction.
