Answer #1

Issue with the employee morale adversely effect the the productivity and efficiency of the employee. For example, if the employee is dissatisfied with his job then he may not be able to give proper concentration on his work. His goals and objectives will start moving towards a different direction than the company's goals and objectives. There are various other reasons for the problem relating to employee morale like poor compensation, poor leadership and management, unethical work environment, job security, etc. Since these issues impact the productivity of the employee, the production report represented to the management also gets impacted. The consequences of these issues are indirectly represented on the operation management report. Thus issues with employee morale have an effective problem for the MIS report.
