You are a supervisor of a medical office and your employee showed up for work in an inappropriate outfit. How would you handle the situation?

Proper and clean outfit is one of the most important factors of a profesion. If I find my employee's outfit is inappropriate for the situation, I will definitely call him to my office and give him proper guidance regarding the importance of wearing a proper outfit that suits to the profession in a calm manner. At the same time, I would definitely warn him that, if you repeat this mistake again I would take stringent disciplinary action against you.

Personal hygiene is really important for health care workers, because of srveral reasons. It includes

  • It helps to prevent trasmission of infection from one person to another.
  • Good personal hygiene protects the person himself from infections, especially in hospital conditions.
  • It will definitely help to improve the confidence of patients in you.
  • It improves your self confidence.
