Is implicit bias related to anything meaningful? Why implicit attitude important?

Implicit attitudes and bias are unconscious and works involuntarily. Each individual possess some sort of implicit attitudes and bias, hense, is most common and universal. They are based on some form of past experiences and are either favorable or unfavorable towards an object. They are meaningful in the process of socialization, and in developing strong bond between individuals. They help the individuals to conform to the norms and values of the society. These are malleable that is they can replaced gradually by various debiasing techniques.
