Implicit bias

Implicit bias or unconcious bias is refered as attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.

In Shalon Irving's story the black mothers dying after giving birth. This is actually considered as a bias. But really the science says that there is difference in races. so this bias help to diffrentiate each race. and the awareness of the distressing impacts of implicit racial bias and exposing the ways in which this phenomenon creates and reinforces racialized barriers to opportunity. This bias gives an idea or make us to develop or identifing diffrence between the races. We can easily identify the possible problems of each person by the risk asociated with their genetics.
