children are confronted with a multitude of challenges as they grow up. Explain why some children are able to overcome chronic adversity while fall victims to its effects. What skills appear to make some children more resilient and how can teachers and families foster these qualities ?

Due to this competitive world, children are exposed to many form at a early stage such as drawing, study, dancing, singing, sports etc and that too at a higher level. It is the parenting, the environment, the school which helps a child to handle bsuch situation. If the parents or the school has forceful approach then children may get pressurized and would start running away or be under pressure. If children are being taught to take up jobs that are within their capacity, to analyse their capacity initially. Then children can become more resilient. If they are taught to take with situation in more practical ways rather than imagining something they become resilient. I suppose only one or two hobby should be developed at their best so that they can study enough of that and become aware of their capacity or potential
