I normally watch a comedy video which will take away all my stress and rejuvenate me within minutes. All of us know that laughing cures diseases and that’s why we have laughing therapies and laughing clubs around. Laughing is the music of the soul, so when I watch the comedy videos I unknowingly keep laughing and that brings me more energy. It helps me look at things as passing clouds thus not taking the stressful situation to my head rather motivates me to look for some funny element in the activity. Comedy videos keep me going by helping me understand that I don’t need to react heavily to situations that are not in my control.
