SInce you have posted multipe questions, I am going to answer first two. I hope it helps. Thanks

1. Social isolation can cause feelings of loneliness, fear of others, or negative self-esteem. Lack of consistent human contact can also cause conflict with the friends. The socially isolated person may occasionally talk to or cause problems with family members also. It can exacerbate a person's feelings of low self-worth, shame, loneliness, depression, and other mental health concerns. Thus, social isolation can be both a cause and symptom of other mental health issues.

2. A community needs assessment identifies the strengths and resources available in the community to meet the needs of children, youth, and families. The assessment focuses on the capabilities of the community, including its citizens, agencies, and organizations.

It's expected that the children feed themselves, put on their own jackets, and help with classroom clean-up such as picking up toys.
