Answer #1

BF Skinner has explained the psychology theories based on the differences in the learning potential and experiances which govern the behavior of the person. The person is rewarded for positive experiances and behavior and is insulted and punished for bad behavior. The human behavior can be reinforced by positive thinking and attitude, understanding the difficulties of the colleagues and friends, sincerety and honesty at work, encouragement and positive communication between friends and colleagues. There should be a positive environment at workplace with distribution of the workload and a proper communication and support from the other friends and colleagues without hatred and bias. The colleagues should help each other in difficult times without deceiving and duping other friends in partnerships and investments.
