Nearly 75% of the total population is affected by public speaking anxiety. One of the scariest thing in the world is to talk to people standing in front of them. It’s not just the verbal speech but also about the body language and other non-verbal cues. So only when verbal and non-verbal communication functions together, someone can speak confidently. Almost everyone has gone through this anxiety but there are more number of people who struggle tocommunicate to new people and not just in public speaking. Few people talk but they can’t make eye contact and few others read from whatever they prepared.
