What techniques do you think work the best when it comes to overcoming nervousness or procrastination?
My experiences with public speaking include the fact I am very nervous while giving a speech, as I am very conscious of forgetting and stammering in front of the audience. The best techniques to overcome nervousness is practicing giving mock the speeches again and again in front of the family members and the mirror. While practicing in front of the mirror one is able to see the facial expressions and body language as well. Hence it technique makes us very confident to face the audience
