While giving one of my speeches in the past in the school assembly; in front of the entire school I became very nervous, stammered, lost my confidence and forgot my speech. The strategy I adopted to overcome my nervousness next time was giving a mock presentation of the speech in front of my family and rehearsing the speech may time in front of the mirror and speaking slowly so that I don’t forget and lose confidence. The technique that works best is rehearsing the speech again and again in front of the mirror slowly
