Several books are there of various authors regarding corporate synergy. Nowadays various reviews are also there like havard business review. Besides there are books of mcClure in mergers and aquisitions , How is it working out by Kraft & Cadbury and others.

Corporate synergy is a process to eliminate the operating costs for running the businesses. Greatest application can be found in the coming years when indian nationalised banks will start merging with each others . Govt have taken this strategy to minimise the operating costs by merging 27 nationalised banks into 5 only .
