The 4Vs of the business of the café here is Volume, Variety, Variation, and Visibility of the brand operations are being discussed. The uses of the 4Vs are based on high, medium and low in terms

Volume: The volume of the business that makes the food and beverage business sustainable to give the people the best of income from the business. The need for the volume in such business is high considering the business pricing and thus profits.

Variety: The variety of food that the business has is of great importance for the F&B outlet. Considering the need for the on the road driver’s sales and choosing the business has to have enough options in its food and beverages. The variety for such an operation need is low as the need is simple and made to order with fast delivery techniques.

Variation: The variation of the various offering aspects in the lesser variety restaurants needs variations that suit the audience of the Florida markets. This variation need for a business like Jack in the Box is Medium for the business needs.     

Visibility: The visibility of the business for the roadside café which is made to make the visibility for the business. The visibility for the business is needed for its kind of café which is considered to be medium in terms of visibility.
