Psychotherapy include thousands of techniques which are based on either minor variations or on very different concept of ethics or psychology such as how to live. In Psychotherapy, most of the techniques involve individual session such as one to one but some involve group sessions including families. Psychotherapy is also known as talking therapy for audience but not all form rely on verbal communications. Psychotherapy is basically a general term in which mental health problems are solved by talking with psychologist.
