the difference between constructivism, neo-liberal institutionalism and liberal intergovernmentalism: constructivism is aspects of international relations are historically and socially build rather than the inevitable result of human nature or other necessary elements of world politics and in neo-liberal institutionalism is an international relation among states economically and politically.and it  is an umbrella term for liberal examine programs in the study of international relations (IR) that centre of attention on the helpful character of institutions and liberal intergovernmentalism is an international institution that can be studied by viewing states as the main actors in a situation and condition of anarchy, where each and every state reach  their aim  through negotiations and bargaining.
