Act 2 describes The initial experience of the filling of the Holy Spirit.When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, the disciples of Jesus were all filled with the Holy Spirit as they found themselves in one accord at one place. The appearance of the divided tongues, as of fire is symbolic of the nature of faith and prayers. Here, it appears to me that the gift of tongues is a personal language of prayer given by God. In this way, The believers communicate with God beyond the limits of knowledge and understanding and in their own unique relationally with divinity.
