Answer : The distinguish between "classical liberal and modern liberal" are following :

(i) In classical liberal the government has to act as a protector.

Whereas, in modern liberal the government establish some programs for help.

(ii) For opportunities the equality exist in case of classical liberal.

Whereas, equality exists only for income in case of modern liberal.

(iii) In classical liberal individuals get the advantage of negative freedom.

Whereas in modern liberal individuals get the advantage of positive freedom.

(iv) Classical liberal has freedom from willingness.

Whereas, in modern liberal there exists freedom for individual thoughts, beliefs and expressions.

(v) In classical liberal discrimination does not exist.

Whereas, there exist freedom for religion which create discrimination in modern liberal.
