Positive peer pressure at works help in making the right choices. It help one to be mature, responsible and do right.

How does peer pressure works ??

Pressure to conform to peers is I e of the reasons. If peers are working honestly then one in group who does not will feel peer pressure to conform.

Moreover, many times there are apprehension regarding some activity. For example , whether to take a risk for imementing a new feature in the project. But if peers are supportive and positive , person is more likely to take risk and implement the feature.

However , peer pressure depends on many other parameters such as nature if jobs . For example , In highly skilled jobs there is very less effect of peers while in low skill jobs , it's effect is huge.
