Answer #1

Teaching, I believe can be a very stressful profession in itself and there are multiple times wherein I have experienced and felt tremendous amounts of pressure. As an individual, I am still learning how to successfully perform under pressure as I know it is an inevitable aspect of my profession. Although I am able to complete my tasks satisfactorily when I'm under pressure, I end up comprising my mental and physical health in exchange. For instance, certain days of the week require me not only to work in the class but also outside class as I need to spend time planning lessons, marking assignments and tests, coordinating with parents and the like. Such days tend to take a toll on me as I am unable to get adequate amounts of sleep or time to rest.
