Gen z is the young generation born between the years 1995 to 2015. The people of this generation are between the ages of 5 to 25 years old.

The generation Z has been able to clearly how things have turned upside down due to the pandemic, the lockdowns and stuff. They will be much more wiser with their career decisions as they are seeing what mistakes have their parents and older people have been making about their careers. They are the ones who have seen the techmology permeating their lives to a large and a significant extent and know their way around these quite well.

The generation knows technology much better and is going to make their careers more into working from home sort of positions and finding work that can be done at flexible timing and with ease of their homes
