Family business is the one in which all decisions are made by the family members. They may be either owners or the leaders of the organization. Not only this generation but also the previous generations must have owned or led these organisations. Most of the children who belongs to a business family make their mind from the beginning that they have to handle their own family business only at a particular time period. They always thinking of their career in their own family business only. Sometimes it happens that some children wants to do something different of their own interest instead of their family business but their family wants to be them in their family business so at this point of time family business affects career decisions of children who belongs to a business family.
