George ritzer’s study was referred to as the idea of mcdonaldisation which is considered as an extension of the theory of rationalisation which is the theory put forward by Max Weber, in reference to the modern culture and society. This was in reference to the influential condition put forward by McDonald’s. This restaurant chain come up to be an example that displays the form in which the instrumental rationality has led to irrational as well as harmful consequences. There are four dimensions of rationalisation that has served the various dimensions of rationalisation, such as efficiency, calculabilitym predictability and control.
