Use the graphical method of corners to find the maximum and minimum of 4x+5y subject to 3x+y<12, x+3y<12, x+y<5, 3x+2y>6, x>0, y>0. (I know you find the corners and then plug that into 4x + 5y, my issue is finding the corners.)
