Internal forces of change refers to the overall change that occurs in the organization in terms of mission, direction, area of operation etc., During this process, new type of tasks may emerge or the employee needs to learn an entirely new job or update themselves to the changes introduced in the existing job. All these will require the employee to spend more personal time in order learn and cope with things. This would in turn affect the relationship, family life and other personal commitments the employee has. It would also require the employee to remain resilient to the changes that the employee undergoes.
